E-Series Water Mist

Carbon Dioxide extinguishers are mainly used to cover electrical risks and also can extinguish smaller flammable liquid fires. The gas is clean and common places for use include computer server rooms and offices. Jewel Fire Group Carbon Dioxide extinguishers are assembled in the UK and we supply the 2Kg with a frost-free safe horn and the 5Kg with hose and horn as standard

- Remove valve
- Inspect cylinder
- Remove labels

- Linish any paint remaining
- Weigh cylinder
- Date stamp cylinder

CO2 Refurbs
Our high quality CO2 aluminium refurbished extinguishers using our 20 Step recycling process restoring the original cylinders to as good as new. Frost-free horns for 2Kg and hose and horns for 5Kg can be bought separately.

Polished Aluminium CO2
Our superb polished CO2 extinguishers, manufactured in the UK using polished aluminium and supplied with frost-free safe horn and bracket as standard. These are most often found in areas where aesthetic appearance and modern furnishings are increasingly important.

Water
Our tried and tested Water fire extinguishers include both the 6L (complete with spray nozzle) and the 9L (Jet Nozzle only). Water extinguishers are very popular for indoor use to fight Class A type fires without additional chemicals or additives. The water can freeze in low temperatures during winter so if used outside should ideally be stored in cabinets to protect against the elements.

Stainless Steel Water
Increasingly popular for use to complement modern furnishings, our 6L and 9L Stainless Steel Water extinguishers are supplied with a bracket as standard.

Aqua Spray (Hydro-Spray/Water Additive)
Our Aqua Spray fire extinguishers can sometimes be referred to as Hydro Spray or Water Additive and are available in both in 3L and 6L versions. Smaller and lighter than the 9L Water extinguisher they contain additives to improve fire ratings and performance.

Foam
Foam extinguishers are primarily designed for use on flammable liquid fires but can also be used on solid combustibles. The smaller units are ideal for inside the home or in cars and transport vehicles while the larger units are more often used in offices, shops, warehouses and factories. Our Foam range includes a 6L high performance version with an improved fire rating.

Stainless Steel Foam
Our 6L Stainless Steel Foam extinguisher is ideal for those who place great value on combining their overall look and image with their requirements and obligations to be safe.

Powder
Powder extinguishers cover many fire risks including solid combustibles, flammable liquids, flammable gases and electrical. They should not be used indoors unless a risk assessment has been undertaken and their usage has been specifically recommended for certain indoor areas. They are ideal for use outdoors and unlike water based extinguishers the powder can withstand the lower temperatures in winter.

Wet Chemical
Wet Chemical extinguishers have been specifically designed to fight Class F type fires for burning oils and greases in kitchens. They can also be used on solid combustible fires. We manufacture two sizes – the 3L version which can be used in smaller kitchens and mobile food outlets and the 6L with better performance for larger commercial kitchens.

Specialist Powder
Specialist Powder extinguishers M28 / L2 are for use on combustible metal fires Class D, which can often reach high temperatures. They are mainly used in industry where metals such as lithium or magnesium cause fires. Monnex Extinguishers are used for Class B C and Electrical fires.
